  This hotel was brilliant, We arrived late but were made to feel welcome. we also had to leave early yet again not a problem. I have yet to stay in a more comfertable or clean room. You certainly can not beat the small family run establishments when you want to be made welcome.   Very modern accomodation and freindly staff. The reception gave me good advice on what to visit. The beds each have their individual light and plug so it's perfect not to disturb each other in the dorm. The sheets are on when you come in and you just have to undo the bed which is convenient.   The coffee machine and the breakfast is fantastic. The room is very clean, and well provided for, with an ensuite. There was a small area for where you can help yourself to tea, coffee and put any food in the fridge, with a microwave. The owner is courteous, showing you how to us everything in the room. I am staying there again for a meeting ag - For short stay this is a clean & practical place. Separate kitchenette & the facilities give Credit to avoid inconvenience in the limited living area. Intelligent design of shower & WC, Security door locks are sensible. Serving good English Break-fast. I shall not hesitate for my friends for a short stay in Alma.

  What a relief to stay here after the endless run of b&b's and guesthouses! A fresh, youth hostel (people under 40!) with great kitchen facilities, wi-fi, tv room and the lot. Cooked my own meal for the first time I can remember. They have a laundry service!! The guy even paired my socks. Perfect! - Brilliant place - were really helpful and accomodating. I was in town for an interview and the young lad let me use one of the empty bedrooms as a quiet place to practice. Very much appreciated! Also the facilities are great - free wifi, free fresh veg from the garden out back (!), and a really nice garden to sit in and chill out. Really great! Staff were super friendly too.

  I thought we were very quickly and politely checked in. The cleaning staff of our room were particularly helpful, when we asked for a fan for our rooms. She went off and got them straight away. She was very helpful and polite. Breakfast was very enjoyable as well. Thank you for making our stay as welcome as possible.
