  My husband and I were very impressed with your hotel,we have stayed in a lot of hotels and yours has got to be the best.The staff were all very friendly and we were made to feel very welcome.   The courtesy and efficiency of the staff at reception and in the restaurant; the staff were superbly trained in this respect. I would choose your hotel again for this reason. - The hotel staff were very helpful and professional. Also enjoyed spa facilities. The room was very tidy and clean. The restaurant offered exceptional meals.

  It was clean, modern, comfortable and well priced. Staff were very helpful. I was particularly drawn to the fact that the hotel had a swimming pool, although in the event I was too tired to use it!   We had a really nice stay. The hotel was traditional in a nice way, excellent breakfasts, a very pleasant restaurant with good food, a comfortable room, and friendly, professional staff. Also the location is good (readily accessible from Dover, good for visiting Canterbury centre and Kent).   Sam on reception provided a friendly and very relevant and succinct introduction to the hotel. She very helpfully explained what we needed to know - with supporting pieces of paper for us to take away with us - and provided recommendations which turned out to be spot on. We liked the garden and the swimming pool. We liked our room and our breakfas... mitä ihmiset sanovat » ts. We liked being able, on most occasions, to park our car in the hotel car park. We liked being close enough to be able to walk into Canterbury. We - The swimming pool was great in the hot weather - it's not large but you can have a good swim all the same. Breakfast was really tasty and fresh, and the staff were friendly. The beds were comfortable and the room (I was in a twin)was nicely designed and roomy enough. Robes were provided which was great for using the swimming pool. The gardens were nice too.
