Good west end theatres within comfortable walking distance (to watch Les Miserables, The Phantom of the Opera and soon The Book of Mormon).

  Everything is just perfect from the moment you step through the door. The room we had was fabulous - they had taken note of what my husband had said on the booking form - that it was a birthday treat - and as a result we were upgraded, got a birthday card from the management and complimentary birthday patiserries. If you are looking for - Class, sophistication and elegance. The staff are very attentive and nothing is too much trouble. The Artesian Bar makes the best cocktails in the world. The food at Roux (2 x Michellin Stars) is superb. Afternoon tea in the Palm Court is an absolute must. Gym, sauna, steam room, pool and spa pool are all very well equipped. We walked through the revolving doors and were met by a lovely lady who greeted us by name and showed us the hotel and finally to our room.   The staff were brilliant and really put themselves out for us. They upgraded us to a massive double suite with champagne and chocolates. It was our 25th Anniversary and they put themselves out..even putting rose petals on the bed at night while we were out. They could not have done a better job...thank you Ritz.
