We liked that we could have a family room with five beds which saved us
having to book 2 rooms in other hotels. The staff were accomodating and
friendly. The breakfast was good and nothing was too much trouble for
the staff. We also liked that they looked after our luggage when we
checked out so we could enjoy another day in London without having to
take our suitcases with us. Overall excellent value for money, ideally
situated for Paddington station, around the corner there is a tour bus

Ilford surely is a poorer part of London, but the people are nice.

We loved how quiet the area was, and were it was located from the train station, it wasnt on the night street if was off a side road which we preferred, and we found that the roomwasnt overly big but we quite like our comforts being close, the shower was lovely, my boyfriend didnt want to get out of it... we would definately stay again. the woman on reception was helpful and at night when we couldnt work the key for our room a gentleman soon came to help. i would recomend this hotel.

A great central location close to travel facilities. It was clean, a good size with everything needed to look after yourself for any length of time. There was even coffee, tea, sugar and fresh milk provided for us on our arrival. We also enjoyed the fact that our room had a balcony which we could sit on at the end of each long day and chill out with a drink whilst watching the traffic and people pass by.

Friendly & accommodating staff. Always on hand to help. I was very grateful as I arrived on an early flight (20+ hours) and they arranged a room for me prior to normal check in and also did the same for a late checkout. I loved the Rosebery so much I extended my stay from 1 week to 2 weeks. Close to tube and buses right on your doorstep. Employees were so friendly, I loved how friendly and hospitable they were. Location is much better than expected its right next to oxford street and shopping is perfect for that! There's a Sainsbury next to it as well as a phone shop which is perfect for a tourist. Doormen are super nice, and very helpful.

The young well trained staff are excellent. The Hotel entrance is amazing, very polite doormen opening doors into the fabulous foyer, probably one of the best entrances in London. The place was very busy with a young clientele. Our room 210 was a good size but did not feel it was the 28mts as was advertised. A large TV with over 100 channels. Good bathroom with huge walk-in shower. Good selection of drinks and a whole drawer of nibbles. Highly recommended.

The room was beautiful with everything you could want - Nespresso machine, fresh milk and water in the fridge, lovely toiletries, large screen tv, comfortable bed with smooth, crisp sheets.
