  The staff was very friendly and helpful. The housekeeping filled up the welcome tray day by day for free. The WiFi was free as well. There was an iPod dock which also had an alarm function. The bathroom had a good size and you could easily refresh the air in the room if you opened both of the windows. The electric radiator was fantastic. It has a 24 hours re - Central London location, close to Hyde Park and Royal Albert Hall, although not that close to any tube station. I had a single room with ensuite, which was nice. Can access rooms via a lift, which is good. There is a walk to breakfast, but not a problem. Liked the communal atmosphere - the uni bar is at the bottom of the courtyard and people sit around on the grass enjoying a beverage.
