  A first class welcome. This even included coming out to the car park to see that we had negotiated the electric gates OK. The owners made us feel like their own personal guests. The building is breathtaking and lovingly restored. It is also close to train service.

  We found the staff to be extremely friendly and a credit to the hotel.the ambience was brilliant with a nice aspect with a grand view across the Cotswolds carry on the good work - You were not rushed for breakfast or to vacate the room.   The service was the best I've experienced anywhere. Nothing was too much trouble and I've stayed in many 5* hotels especially in London. This was as good if not better. The hotel was beautiful too. The rooms were gorgeous. We had a feature room. With huge shower and late bath in the room. Which was fabulous. Beds were amazing.
