Prior to our stay all our questions were answered fully by emails from the proprietors. When we arrived we were very impressed by the ambience and feel of the hotel. Our stay was enhanced by the friendly, helpful and efficient proprietors, the massive comfortable bed in a delightfully airy, clean room, not to mention the most marvellous breakfasts.

Was given a choice of well appointed rooms. Attention to detail in everything. Superb linen, thick fluffy towels. Loved the use of a Nespresso machine to add to the feel of quality n style to the experience.

This was exceptional value for money, very modern and stylish with great facilitys, spotlessly clean, very comfortable beds and pillows, everything we needed was provided, the owner Tony couldnt do enough for us. very close to great restaurants and pubs all within walking distance. Fair winds is a fantastic place to stay, Paul and Gill are friendly, easily approachable hosts, on arrival we were greeted with coffee and biscuits and they both had time to spend with us chatting, the guest house is spotlessly clean and has a fantastic breakfast choice and we were very spoilt for choice. Its dealy situated for exploring the towns/ villages around torbay, I would deffinatly recommend fair winds to friends/family.

The breakfast menu choices were both innovative and very tasty and the portions suited us perfectly.
We found the beds really comfortable and there was no shortage of hot water.
Bathrooms and bedrooms were spotlessly clean and the communal lounge was a great asset.
