Just everything, I think perhaps they upgraded my single room. The view from the window was just stunning, breakfast was SO good, properly hand made using good ingredients, just such a treat to stay there. Staff were friendly, and helpful, the décor was lovely, ditto the room. I'd stay there again, no question of that, and such a perfect location

The hotel was very comfortable and staff friendly. The general atmospher was upmarket , with both guests and staff very polite. I have mobility problems and when I asked for a room near the lift , my request was instantly granted. I would thoroughly recommend a balcony room and the food was absolutely delicious.

The room recently refurbished was fantastic. Nice and big the bed was large and lovely bathroom. Dinner cooked by chef Bruce was perfect, he even came out and we made sure he knew how much we enjoyed it. In the mornig we enjoyed the lovely jacuzzi, sauna and swimming pool. All round great stay.

The accommodation was also very nice, and beautifully kept. The food was excellent as was the service in the restaurant. The only thing I would say is that you should be prepared to pay over £100 for a meal for 2 people, which some might consider a little pricey.

A very nice hotel, with friendly and very helpful staff. The room was large and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. We called in early in the morning and as our room was ready we were allowed to book in straight away rather than waiting until the afternoon which was very helpful. -
