Staff very friendly and welcoming, couldn't do enough to help. Excellent location to explore Jedburgh and other towns in the Borders. Lots of history and lovely scenery. Breakfast good quality. The room was lovely and the service was excellent. Since we were exploring the area around Selkirk and had only one day, we did not have time to hunt for restaurants. It was wonderful to have an excellent restaurant to come back to in our own hotel. - Excellent service, staff very attentive, food was superb and standard room was excellent.

We were only there for one night and did not eat in the evening as we were in the castle at a wedding. Room was fine and the bed was really cosy! The breakfast was good and well presented. The service was excellent - nice surroundings and relaxed atmosphere. Would definately stay again and would recommend. -

After conversation with the owners we ended up staying at Coldstream Bank House rather than Duns House, as it was more convenient for us. It was excellent, beautiful accommodation, very comfortable and a lot of thought had been put into the rooms. Owners very nice, helpful and friendly without being intrusive. -
