The Swimming pool was nice, the staff was extremely friendly and any inconveniences were met with generous offers and gifts to apologize. The breakfast was amazing and not extremely expensive. Room was clean , hotel was in a great location down side was the price of the drinks in the hotel bar although other bars are very close little dis organised at breakfast had to wait for a seat for ten minutes another couple came Down down and were seated immediately fire alarm was set off at 6.30am and we had to evacuate on a Sunday morning but that couldn't be helped and we did receive a letter of apology overall a good hotel with excellent facilities great location will definately be back

The location was perfect! We went for a concert, literally a 5 minute walk to the arena, a 5 minute walk to the shopping centre and the Christmas market was down the road. The staff were excellent. They helped me with printing business documents, getting wi-fi access and even lent me a sewing kit! They also gave me extra tea and coffee and advised me on getting a taxi. I was impressed by how they helped other customers - someone wanted a Blackberry charger and they went out of their way to find one. The staff were excellent - friendly and professional.

Since 2003 I have travelled extensively and have therfore stayed in many hotels. The staff at the Best Western were the friendliest and most helpful I have ever met. The staff were all extremely friendly but especially the lovely lady in the restaurant. I don't recall her name but she was a small older lady at breakfast on Sunday 23 Oct - please could you thank her for being so friendly and helpful. - after the meeting three of us still has some discussion to complete and with two of my colleagues were welcome

Great value for money (when booked through this site and on weekends). Modern decor and still very cozy and welcoming. Helpful, friendly staff. Fairly close to Nottingham City Center if you are driving, as this is primarily a business hotel it probably does not matter much unless you are using it as a base to explore Nottingham. -

The Staff were excellent, I spend most of my Business life in Hotels all over the World, I was looking for a good value Hotel near to the City Centre, the Beeches Hotel tick all the boxes.....the fact that all the Staff we brilliant, especially the guys in the Bar whilst the football was on, was an added bonus..... keep up the great service and relaxed atmosphere, it certainly make the difference to my stay!
