The staff were really accommodating, happy to help all the time and really approachable and friendly. The location was perfect, no outside noise and great location to get into town. The rooms were lovely and the beds super comfy. I would go back again and am already looking in to my next trip here. Very friendly, right where you want to be in Jesmond. Great for the money, room was nice but very small for 3 people. But loved in it and kids loved it. Breakfast was lovely as well, lady at reception recommended a restaurant and it was fantastic we all had a great night. Thanks.
kaikki arvostelut » It is a very beautiful hotel the room was lovely it was for business use had a delivery not far from there but me and my girlfriend stayed over night and we really enjoyed our stay the staff were really helpful and friendly would Highly recommend. Location was great. Right on Osborne Road only a 5 minute walk from West Jesmond metro centre, yet no road noise during the night. Bright, clean and comfortable from the reception and throughout the hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. refurbished, high spec room and a very comfortable bed with lovely high spec coton sheets. Free wifi, Sony flat screen (freeview) TV, tea & coffee making facilities. Great location for visiting student (son) living in Jesmond. The room was very clean and plenty of storage, good bathroom/wet room facilities and well priced for a bank holiday weekend, central location and literally 5 minute taxi ride from the city centre and central on Osbourne road also. The location is perfect, being very close to West Jesmond metro station. So good connection to airport and city centre. Inside the hotel looks fresh and modern, and my room had a very nice Sony flat screen with HD freeview. Perfect for the one night - clean and tidy - booked a budget double room - very small but perfect with nice tv and tea facilities for the morning - would return!! Not much time spent at the hotel - quiet and slept well. I liked everything about my stay the first time with friends last year hence why I booked to stay in the jesmond hotel again this year with my partner. cannot fault anything and the staff where lovely and very helpful. Fabulous refit, outstanding quality fitting, I have spent the night in 5star that this Hotel would put to shame. The staff go that extra mile to insure you get what you paid for. Highly recommended. The room was very nice, and the staff were very nice and helpful. Only a couple of minutes in a taxi to the city centre and the hotel was only two minutes away from bars/restaurants and shops. in quiet location close to metro station Jesmond area has lots of restaurants central location close to city centre. Lady at reception in the morning was very helpful and friendly. The price was within our range & the receptionist/manager was friendly & efficient on check in. There was a good range of food at breakfast - great to start the day. Room was really nice. It was warm & really comfortable. The staff were very helpful. The location was excellent with good pubs & restaurants within walking distance. good breakfast for money, clean room and although not the biggest room I've stayed in it was plenty big enough for a couple of nights. Staff very friendly & helpful. I liked the wet room. The bedroom was tiny and quaint but totally sufficient for my needs with a large tv and a fan which was much appreciated in the hot weather. I was stuck in the City Centre at 11pm at the coach drop off and I called the hotel and they arranged a taxi to pick us up in less than 5 mins. Great Service!!. Although quite basic in terms of floor space and facilities (no bar), the staff were friendly, it was clean and the free continental breakfast more than adequate. I loved everything about it!! The room was just gorgeous and when I walked in it was just mind blowing!! Breakfast was so nice as well, had a lot to choose from!. Rooms very small and quilts need updating as very heavy so the room was very hot and the quilts too hot. If the quilts were lighter the room being so hot wouldn't be a problem. The arrangement of the bathroom. We had a family suite which was 2 double bedrooms sharing 1 shower-room / wc but this was actually en-suite to one of the double rooms. The guest staying in the other double room had to go out into the hotel corridor and using the key card access the double with the facilities, meaning disturbing the people in that room. Yes we were friends but still was a bit inconvenient. Wouldn't put me off though, just be aware of it. very small room (401) with not much room around the bed. The room was very hot and could've done with a ceiling fan or some sort of air con equipment. The breakfast was limited, but any sort of free breakfast at this price point is a bonus. Having to Leave. The room was small. skylight in bed room with no blind therefore room was bright very early in the morning and the room was cold on arrival, stayed at top floor not suitable if you have heavy luggage lots of steps. The room had 2 bedside lamps which were not plugged in & there was no close power point. We didn't realise there were 42 stairs to the bedroom with no lift facilities. As my mother , aged 78yrs had recently recovered from a broken leg, this could have been a major problem, although she did manageThe breakfast room was quite cold. needs more soundproofing, 1st night was ok but 2nd night when guest next door came back who had obviously has a few drinks could hear every word betwen one of them throwing up. We just made a cup of tea until they had settled, guess this says more about the other guest being inconsiderate. Nothing I didn't like. Bed little on the firm side. Nothing!!!!. The bed wasn't that comfortable, but that's a personal preference, some might find them okay. Shower room tended to leak out into the bedroom, wetting the carpet in the door area. No chair to sit in. Shower took over 5 minutes for hot water to come through and heat up - I nearly gave up!. Nothing !. the room was very small and I feel was priced to high. parking rather small at busy times but we were always able to find a spot. Fire alarm going off 8.15am! Luckily false alarm.. Bathroom is contructed as a wet room with shower, but floor levels allow it to be wet all over! Continental breakfast is lightweight and no alternative. The bedrooms doors have self closing arms, but just before they close, they slam shut. Really annoying when the guy in the next room checked in at 1am, and then forgot something in his car. Three really loud door slams in quick succession at 1am!. Parking at the rear is pretty tight. We had a suite of 2 rooms. It would have been better if the en suite was off the master double room and not the smaller single room. This was a poor design feature. Rooms were actually very oleasant. none. could have used some outside furniture-lack of reception staff. There was a very noisy group in who kept me awake at about 4am but that wasn't the fault of the hotel Toaster was very slow, took an age to make my toast!. I stayed when the weather was hot and was given a room at the top, so found it hot under the roof. Also, there was a Velux skylight that didn't have the means of preventing the early morning sun from coming in. The water was not hot enough in the shower . The choice on the continental breakfast was very limited. Room was really got despite having window open. Tap at sink was really irritating. Missed breakfast as finish at 10am and we were out the night before. Tv in one room didn't work - staff very apologetic and wasn't a problem for one night stay. cannot think of. If you arrive by car (which is probably the majority of people), then parking is a real issue, there are very limited on site parking spaces, if you can't get parked in the hotel car park the whole area around the hotel is a parking permit area (no hotel provision by the hotel to supply a permit). We had to park 150m from the hotel...... unacceptable!!!!!!.
