Clean rooms, tea making facilities, hairdryers. These are not alwaysavailable in other hotels. the staff were very helpful and friendly. The Sunrise is attached to a real pub which is popular with locals so when you arrive you feel very welcome and included, unlike in hotel bars which can lack that atmosphere. The Barwoman is really friendly and welcoming. Warm and friendly welcome. staff friendliness. Very comfortable bed; helpful and cheerful staff; good breakfast. Nice room with good outlook. Good breakfast and nice staff. freindly staff lovely breakfast. Visited friends. Clean and nice, very friendly people.Food, and service. It was quite noisy . our room was above the main door, which had to beslammed to shut it properly. the wireless internet access was supposed to be free but it turned out to be not. Bathroom needed some towel rails and a soap dish and grab-rail in the shower.Could do with a refurbish, breakfast not so good on saturday when no staff and the shower flow needed to be faster. Evening menu not good. there was a strong smell of cooking in the bathroom?. Bathroom very poor in both rooms. need refurbishing and updating. showers very weak. The bathroom was very poor.
