We were impressed by our first view of this hotel. Much better than expected as was Lowestoft itself. Car park just over the road from the hotel entrance. Easily accessed lift just by reception and very few steps for disabled persons like myself.

Brilliant Hotel, staff very polite, nothing was to much trouble, The Sunday Buffet was excellent and so was the breakfast the next morning, Room large & comfortable and warm, the bathroom was large and the shower was nice & hot and easy to work. the number of T.V. programs were excellent. the view from the enlarged bar/decking area was good, very very happy with our stay would recommend.

Good sized full English breakfast ,good menu choice.The hotel also does a very reasonably priced evening meal.

Our room was lovely. We booked a 'deluxe double room with a view' on offer for £71. It had a very comfy, big bed, bath with decent overhead shower, bathroom was clean (as was whole room). The room had windows along one wall, which gave a beautiful view over the little harbour with boats and lots of pretty sky. Very friendly staff who we re very helpful. Breakfast was very nice and the room was clean and nicely decorated. Excellent location, although if you have a room on the front it can sometimes be noisey due to traffic (boy racers and motorbikes!
