We really enjoyed our stay at the Lindens, the room was lovely andclean, the owners were extremely friendly and generally lovely people.It was situated perfectly and we wouldn't hesitate to stay again. It was one of the nicest rooms we have ever stayed in. The owners were very friendly and could not have been more helpfull. They talk to all of their guests and advise places to visit, and eat. I was suprised to have a hot tub in the room that was a good treat. The beds where very comftable and the food was really good quality and very tasty! We will be staying there again. - everything is wonderful, the location, the room, the facilities and the staffs. we would definitely be going back to visit llandudno and stay at this lovely hotel.

The owner, his wife and other staff were extremely helpful and couldn't do enough to advise us on places to go, eat, etc.
The hotel was central to the town and away from the beach front which meant that it wasn't as busy or noisy as other hotels.
We particularly like LLandudno as it was full of independent shops, different from main towns.

Jo and Martin were very welcoming and friendly throughout our stay. The room was very comfortable and clean and the cooked breakfast each morning was excellent. There is plenty to choose from on the breakfast menu, and as you can make your selection the evening before, get exactly what you prefer. We had a great stay and with Llandudno's attractions being only a short walk away would happily recommend Granby House to anyone visiting Llandudno. We will certainly stay again!!

Room had a lovely sea view and close to town and was walking distance to Orme and tram ride to summit. Weather was beautiful and a lot going on with the Victorian Extravaganza weekend. Breakfast was adequate and staff were attentive.The new owners having been there for only six months were striving to improve hotel and with the refurbishments they have done have improved the presentation immensley.
