  Wow! Such a friendly group of staff. The staff couldn't have tried any harder - they genuinely were a friendly and helpful bunch - Premier Inn should be very proud of them. Well done! The hotel was spotlessly clean and well maintained throughout. The breakfast was wonderful, and again, the staff in the restaurant were fantasti - We had a family room for 4 and were kind of packed into the room but it worked fine - after all, we were out seeing London except when we were sleeping! Our favorite thing was the breakfasts served in the dining room each morning and the fact that they were free for our two teenagers (free for 16 and under). Eggs made to order, amazing sausages, beans, sautéed mushrooms, etc... the yogurt they served was organic. Compared to the kind of breakfast you'd get at a budget hotel in the U.S. - this w

  I stayed at Apex with my boyfriend as part of a Christmas present from me to him, we went to a show and to the Savoy Grill - all of which were no more than 10 minutes walk from the hotel. The room was lovely, nice and modern but comfortable and homely at the same time. Our room was spacious with a huge ensuite & the staff professional, polite, courteous & friendly & always willing to help.
