  This hotel was a breath of fresh air for London on a budget. It is absolutely brand new, we arrived at 12:30 and were given early check in and an upgrade to an executive room. Each staff member was friendly and efficient. Before they could let us into our room, they kept our bags for us, so we could get acquainted with our surroundings.
