  The design of the hotel was out of this world. Stunning. Beautiful. Airy. So homely. The staff were so friendly, ever so efficient, above and beyond. It was natural too, not false.   We were very impressed with the facilities. Quite often although a hotel claims to have a gym and pool they rarely offer the sort of quality found at this Novotel.   Wow! Such a friendly group of staff. The staff couldn't have tried any harder - they genuinely were a friendly and helpful bunch - Premier Inn should be very proud of them. Well done! The breakfast was wonderful, and again, the staff in the restaurant were fantasti - We had a family room for 4 and were kind of packed into the room but it worked fine - after all, we were out seeing London except when we were sleeping! Our favorite thing was the breakfasts served in the dining room each morning and the fact that they were free for our two teenagers (free for 16 and under).
