It was my first time to stay with Malmaison Hotel. When I got in to the room wow it looks beautiful, romantic, cozy and very clean. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. I love the dry Cereal that the chef cook. I hope we could get that as a gift or to have it at home very tasty.
The cocktail drinks at the bar is perfect and not too expensive.

As for the appartment what more would you want, ample heating, clean, comfortable cosy and in such a fantastic location. We even got to stay longer on the Sunday. The service was first class. Loved the apartment. It was beautifully decorated throughout and everything seemed brand new. Everything you might need was there. A real home from home. Nice wee garden to sit out too. We were in Belfast to visit an exhibition at the Titanic Centre and the
apartments were literally two minutes walk away. The Odyssey arena was a
couple of minutes walk in the other direction. Five minute taxi ride to
the huge Victoria Centre and the tourist attractions around it. Handy
Mace grocery store in the apartment complex. Free parking and wifi were
great. Apartment was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Wished I was
staying longer.

The staff at Benedicts were great, they were so helpful and really pleasant. The food in the restaurant/bar was delicious and arrived well presented and was good value for money. We stayed in the executive suite which had a spa bath which was better than I had expected it to be plus the king size bed was soooo comfy! I've stayed in a lot of hotels

Exceptional hotel facilities with even better staff - Benedict's is
the place to stay in Belfast.
Rooms are exceptionally furnished and quite large - the jacuzzi tub in the executive king is AWESOME!
Staff is exceptionally helpful, courteous, and friendly.
The attached nightclub is a load of fun - great for a night out or for some hilarious people watching :)
Probably one of the best hotels I've stayed at in all my European travels :)
