There is a park right across the street for kids to play! Apartment is also all on one floor with only one step to enter.   The Culane House Hotel, where we stayed for a total of 2 weeks, was great in so many ways. First, the staff are exceptional- helping with directions, finding certain kinds of shops and being super-attentive. We were originally put in a very large king-sized room. Breakfasts are full with cooked and non-cooked selections - all - The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The rooms were clean and well supplied with thoughtful extras: TV. Wi-Fi, hot drink facilities, hairdryer and hair tongues, bottle of water and toiletries. Very nice freshly cooked breakfast. Very close to bus stop with regular, swift service to the city centre. Lovely quiet location overlooking the park.

  What a fabulous Guest House. In a true Scottish Manner I was met at the door and made to feel absolutely welcome. The staff were very professional and friendly and couldn't do enough for us, especially at breakfast. Our breakfast was a true Scottish munch - very well presented and not thrown together. It is close to the bus lines and also easy to walk to many of the lovely places in Leith and Edinburgh.
