Henkilökunta erittäin avuliasta, aamiainen kattava ja hyvä. Hotelli ei läheskään niin meluisa kuin mainittu. Luonnollisesti kadulta kuuluu ääniä, mutta ei haittaavasti (sijainti hyvä). The room was totally adequate for the price, clean and bright, the location is perfect for staying in Glasgow and the bar attached to the hotel is one of the best in Glasgow. - the staff were very friendly and willing to help at all times.I would love to return there the next time i am in town.I would recomend this hotel to anyone going to glasgow!!

Room was clean with comfortable bed, practical shower and washbasin.
Toilet in separate cubicle. Staff were friendly and helpful and public
areas were clean and practical. I had read some unfavourable reviews
after booking, but in my experience the hotel provided excellent value
for money. We were in Glasgow to see Bruce Springsteen at Hampden Par

I booked 3 nights here as price was right. Room small and sparse but adequate for our simple needs.
The hotel is under a car park and besides a casino, bowling alley and cinema, like a mini mall enclave.
As this is budget stay - you pay for extras. Save 2 quids if you don't get room serviced during your extended stay.
Internet is 3 quids for 2 timed hours and signal available at the breakfast hall on 6th. It is fast though so that was fine.

We spent only one night in this hotel but I would definetely recommend
it to anyone visiting Glasgow. We had a small room with shared
bathroom. Both room and the bathroom were very clean. For this price it
was a good deal. We parked the car just outside the hotel and bought a
2 pound parking ticket from receptionist for the whole afternoon untill

We were interested in art galleries and museums and so the location was excellent. It was also close to an underground station and the Botanical Gardens. Our room was very spacious and clean. Staff was knowledgeable and helpful.
