Room was perfect, clean, warm and quiet.

  Staff were excellent and could not have done enough to help you. Although check-in was not until 3pm our room was ready when we arrived at 12.30. Will certainly use the hotel again the next time we are in Glasgow - The hotel was lovely and the staff very friendly. The room was ideal with a free mini bar. The hotel is on the 6th floor of a building that is next to Glasgow Central Station, which is the best location for a hotel in Glasgow, especially when you're traveling by train. We arrived at the middle of the night and had no problem at check-in.
