Needed to stay longer to really enjoy stay as 2 nights were not enough. Owner very helpful and felt sorry for her that some guests had, inexcusably, caused some damage to the property.   After reading some other reviews we were a little worried about our stay. We have to say that our stay was excellent, our room was spotless and comfortable, the tv signal was the best I have ever had in a hotel great for listening to the radio in the morning and relazing after a busy day. The breakfast was really good plenty of it and hot with a s... mitä ihmiset sanovat » election of everything you could want and as a vegetarian I do not often say this. The staff were excellent for the most part they all smiled, the bar - I liked the fact that it was a new hotel and reasonably priced. As we travelled as a family it was good that we were put on the top floor away from noisier guests. We did have to ask for bedding for my son to sleep on the sofabed as this wasn't supplied, but this was resolved very quickly - staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. When bedding was delivered the guy asked if he could help putting it on the bed, which was very kind (sorry don't know his name). I have already recommended

  This is our second trip staying at the Staybridge suites.The staff and the service they provide is truly excellent. They just cannot do enough in making sure your stay is enjoyable. Nothing is too much trouble for any staff member from receptionists to the cleaning staff to the staff providing breakfast. All are lovely people! Great stay once again, - Everything about our stay was absolutely perfect and I wish we could have stayed longer. The staff was friendly and helpful. The suite comes fully equipped and was extremely up to date. I can't imagine wanting for anything. We were even able to do our laundry for free. We had a view of all the beautiful bridges from our sixth floor suite. Also, great location, the quay is just two blocks away and very romantic to walk and dine there.

  All very good. Check-in was easy, staff were helpful. Room was clean, comy and good size. Staff in bar and restaurant were very pleasnt and helpful. Surroundings were pretty good too. We ate in the restaurant. The food was fresh, good portions and good value. Breakfast was excellent. Good hotel, great value for money. Location at quayside was good... mitä ihmiset sanovat » and only short walk to city centre. Overall good hotel, good location, really nice staff and great food. - Spacious, comfortable and neat room. Very friendly and helpful reception desk in particularly the girl at the reception (unfortunately I can't remember her name) who was very helpful when we needed help on a couple of occasions. Excellent location right next to Tyne bridge. Everything you need shopping, dining, entertainment within walking distance! We enjoyed our stay there.
