  The hotel quality is great. Huge beds - everything well maintained and good quality. Breakfast was good - lots of choice. Great bar attached to the hotel. Good central location in easy walking distance of the train station and other bars and restaurants. Staff very good and helpful. - We were upgraded to a suite, which was fantastic.   Loved the houseboat overall, it had lots of facilities and the location was great. It was very cosy and comfortable and a unique experience. - Close to Edinburgh attractions, very functional and charming, staff always ready to help
