The whole family fell in love with apartment from the moment we stepped into the foyer for our meet and greet upon arrival.
Apartment was very spacious, high ceilings, large rooms and 1st class facilities including bath products in all bathrooms, Island bench,washing machine and dishwasher in Kitchen area. Complimentary Coffee, Tea, milk and sugar.

Muy bien ubicado en el centro de la ciudad con acceso a recorrer andando cada rincon de Edimburgo, muy limpio en todo momento con la posibilidad de conocer gente de todo el mundo con la que practicar tu Ingles. Hay que destacar la amabilidad de todo su personal que siempre tiene una sonrisa para recibirte y ayudarte en todo lo que necesites. such a clean, well appointed hostel, fresh and modern with quality fittings. Really ipressed with the bathroom facilities in the dorm. Nice cafe on ground floor. This hotel is a real gem of a find..it is about a 10 minute walk or 3 minute cab ride from Princess Street. It is spotlessly clean and was so cozy that we din't want to leave. The staff are a credit to the hotel, nothing is too much trouble for them. I arrived 2 hours early and my room was ready and i was allowed to check in with any problems.

Brekfast has plenty of variety and if you leave the beautiful dining room hungry, then you have only yourself to blame.

The room was well sized, central location (behind Carlton Hill) and close to Princes Street and St James shopping centre. The quiet surroundings made for a very comfortable sleep and the bed was also very comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly and always had a smile. Also from the living room area there was a nice little garden (although not sure if/how you could get to it)

Everything! The location across from Waverley Train Station, the superb set-up of the apartment, the high-speed internet, NetFlix provided free of charge. This place is a gem. If you're not looking for an hotel room, this is the place to go. As of next summer, the new Edinburgh Trams will be rolling in front of this flat. Super experience. -

There is no cooker but a good quality built-in microwave. The bathroom was large and modern and the living/sleeping area was bigger than a standard hotel room.

The location is good (ten minutes walking to the station and Princes Street), the room is spacious and clean, the reception open 24/7. Free WiFi is available in public areas and a simple but nice breakfast is included in the room rate. The staff is friendly, it's within easy walking distance of the tourist area and Waverly station, and the breakfast is outstanding! I had a top-floor room this time, which actually had a pretty good view. I highly recommend this hotel.

Very clean, very smart and I would thoroughly recommend. I travelled with my two boys (11 and 12) for the Open at Muirfield and was great for access to Edinburgh Waverley whilst being right next to Calton Hill and 15 mins from Arthur's Seat (bottom not top) for the great views of Edinburgh. -
