  Great place in the middle of the centrum. Despite this, it's rather quiet and away from all the comotion from the Grassmarket. For us the location was splendid, eventhough we had a car. The hotel offered a 20% discount on the parking garage, which was only 1 block away from the hotel. - The staff went above and beyond.   Seriously, you could not get a better location, it really is in the heart of the royal mile and only 5 mins walk from the railway station. Up the line to be prepped. They also stored our bags so we could enjoy the afternoon. The apartment is extremely comfortable (good beds and linen!) and directly overlooks all the bustle and excitement of Edinburgh's Royal Mile. The location could not
