  Rob and Vicky made us feel welcome from the minute we made the booking, they were able to provide information that made our travel arrangements work better. It was no problem for them to allow us to arrive mid morning, Rod showed us a map of the city and was able to provide useful local knowledge throughout the whole of our stay. The location is excellent with very regular buses taking you to the city centre and sights.   Eveything, the staff were very friendly, the breakfast was superb and the rooms were beautiful, once we had figured out where the twon centre was it was an easy walk an we throughly enjoyed our stay and will deffiantely return. - Staff were excellent.   We are a Spanish people living in Liverpool and we spent the weekend in this beautiful Guest House to visit Edinburgh. We went by car, so the free parking 24 hours was perfect for us( Its is situated right at the hotel), The most famous Edinburgh's points are in walking distance, no need for a car. The breakfast options were a great variety and super delicious. Lovely typical Scot - the breakfasts were large with lots of toasts the bedroom was large the beds very comfy the en suite was large the location was very central and on a bus route we were given a map when we arrived with the attractions and to see we also had a night of Scottish songs and guitar from allan the owner who also told the Scottish history through pictures on a big screen which was interesting and easy listening music

  Great sized rooms in a lovely Scottish style. Lovely staff who made great full Scottish breakfast! It's not too far from the city centre, and very close to several good restaurants. - we actually stayed at the Braveheart and the whole breakfast experience was first class Plenty of choice and plenty of smiling faces.

  The efficiency and friendliness of the staff, especially in the dining room. With a Premier Inn you know just what to expect, comfortable beds, cleanliness and welcome, at a reasonable price. The three children like the flexibility of the children's meal options and the breakfasts are very good. We were given great instructions on getting to the main part of the city and the room was comfortable and spacious with a spotless ensuite which was small but perfectly adequate for our needs. Having previously stayed in hostels when I have visited Edinburgh, this made a welcome change and I'm sure we will stay

  We were extremely surprised by the quality of the hotel considering we paid 119 for a double room. Staff were of 5* quality, attached bar is fantastic with good beer, good food and live sport on big screens. Bedrooms are great. Would not hesitate to return.
