  17th July 2011 visited this Hotel for a birthday meal and what a brilliant choice we made. The staff were brilliant; they were attentive yet made you feel relaxed. The dining room was lovely and clean which overlooked the lovely small hotel garden. The pianist was a brilliant touch and he played beautifully! Thankyou Clarendom for making my birthday a day to remember. - This hotel was close to 02 arena where we were attending concert and was very accessible by bus/taxi. Staff were very friendly and helpful checking in and out. Room was clean, warm, and well decorated with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was included and there was plenty of choice and it was well presented. Excellent value for money and I will definitely stay there again.

  Receptionist very friendly and informative upon arrival. The room was spacious, very modern and clean. Very jolly waiter serving at breakfast - made a good start to the day. Would def. recommend this hotel, we will be back. - We chose the hotel because it was well situated for our needs. We have stayed in a number of hotels in Greenwich as we have family there. This was easily the best hotel we have stayed in in that area. Staff were very helpful and pleasant, our rooms were clean, comfortable and well furnished and the breakfast menu was good.

  Excellent location. Very easy to find from Greenwich DLR station, so good public transport links into the centre, coupled with plenty to see and do in and around Greenwich itself. Doesn't try to do too much, just concentrated on doing what it does well. And generally succeeds. - Staff was very kind and welcoming.   The room was large and beautiful. The double was two singlew together but still very comfortable. Separate toilet and bathroom which was useful and very clean. Much better than expected. The staff were friendly and when help was requested from reception came to help promptly.   From the welcome received on arrival through to picking up our bag from the luggage store later on our check-out day, everything at this hotel perfectly met our needs and fulfilled our expectations. The staff are exceptionally polite and professional, giving a personlised service on every encounter.   The hotel is situated very close to the DLR station Deptford Bridge. Breakfast was great and staff helpful. Hotel is clean and room was spacious. You also get coffe/tea making facility in the room. Possibly one of the best hotels we have stayed in; simply couldn't fault anything. The staff were extremely friendly, went out their way and made us feel so welcome. The rooms were clean; fresh, clean towels everyday and beds made up. Everything we needed: Bar, restaurant, TV... Breakfast was excellent, lots of choice and well organised. Excellent location, close to the station and a short walk into Greenwich High street and the Greenwich Park. Easy commute into the City

  I liked the friendliness of the staff who did go that extra to help out. The bar food was reasonably priced for London and of good quality. The half price first drink was extremely welcomed after a long day. Free wifi good. Breakfast adequate. Lots of seating in the lounge area. Overall, as hostels go - fabulous experience. - staff very nice

  We travelled to London to attend a concert at the O2 Arena. The room we had was ideal, We could see the arena from our bedroom window and overlooked the green at the front. The free parking was great, and after settling our things into our room, we enjoyed the delights of a beer in the beautiful beer garden at the rear. 10 minute walk to the arena... mitä ihmiset sanovat » , enjoyed the concert and back for last orders. Next day started with a full English, walk to the River Thames, caught a Clipper and 30 minutes later - Really pleased with the look and feel of the place. Its just been refurbished and it’s been really well done. Lovely decor and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It was really busy with people due to go to the concert so if your after a quiet drink you might want to go in a little later but the staff coped well and drinks were served without too much delay. Well located for a concert as only a short walk to the O2 and station
