  17th July 2011 visited this Hotel for a birthday meal and what a brilliant choice we made. The staff were brilliant; they were attentive yet made you feel relaxed. The dining room was lovely and clean which overlooked the lovely small hotel garden. The pianist was a brilliant touch and he played beautifully! Thankyou Clarendom for making my birthday a day to remember. - This hotel was close to 02 arena where we were attending concert and was very accessible by bus/taxi. Staff were very friendly and helpful checking in and out. Room was clean, warm, and well decorated with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was included and there was plenty of choice and it was well presented. Excellent value for money and I will definitely stay there again.

This was easily the best hotel we have stayed in in that area. Staff were very helpful and pleasant, our rooms were clean, comfortable and well furnished and the breakfast menu was good.

  The welcome was lovely when we arrived and everything clearly explained. The room was fine, the bed comfortable and the bathroom facilities good. There were tea and coffee making facilities, but we had to ask for more tea bags and milks as only two were provided. It is very centrally situated and easy to reach by both bus and train. The staff were happy to look aft - Excellent location for the O2 and also for quick and easy access to the city of London and London Eye, an excellent 'city' location with the feel of not being in the city. On a good day it is highly recommended to take a river cruise to Westminster using the 24 hour Red rover ticket which allows unlimited 'hop on and off' travel.   The apartments are very new, so everything is in pristine condition. I liked the gated secure underground parking (£15 a day). The apartment was also very quiet, which was fantastic as I am a light sleeper. Only a few minutes walk to Cutty Sark DLR and all that Greenwich has to offer.
