  The hotel is located City centre with safe parking on site. The staff were extremely helpful and went out of their way to ensure we were well informed about Bristol to maximise our stay at the Hotel. The evening meal was served in a beautiful restaurant with well trained and attentive staff.   Friendly &helpful staff,with great facilities to make the stay special. We really enjoyed the Pool and Sauna.It was so relaxing. Bristol is a Vibrant City with a busy nightlife. You can walk around the City easily -theres so much to see -great Architecture,Museums and not forgetting Shopping. The Hotel's city centre location was ideal for our visit. - Fantastic hotel, one of the best I've stayed in. Staff couldn't have been more attentive and professional - little touches helped like giving my son a kiddie's pack on arrival and a voucher for room service milk and cookies. Breakfast was brilliant, lots of choice and again great service and staff were really knowledgeable about the area. Pool and spa were immaculate and really nice, room was good size, well furnished, everything worked. It was a super hotel.

  Saatiin hotelli erikoishintaan. Todella iso ja hyvä huone, aamu-uintimahdollisuus lähellä keskustaa... Paras hotelli, jossa olen Briteissä ollut. Vastaa hyvää keskieurooppalaista/skandinaavista tasoa. - This is our fourth stay at the Mercure Holland House, Bristol. Our room is always good and we mostly have been able to have the same room on each stay. Breakfast is very good and we have had some lovely dinners there. Location is spot on with only a short walk to the river. - The hotel was lovely and a bargain for the room too at only £69 for a double! Parking was cheaper than listed, being charged £10 for two days, excellent. Really nice, would go again.
