  I booked this hotel for my 73 year old mum. Initially she was on the 6th floor (there is no lift). As soon as she mentioned it they moved her to the first floor. She thought the staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. She thought the hotel was spotlessly clean with lovely rooms and decor. The rooms were very clean and tastefully decorated, and the location was great for both a day at the shops and a night on the town! I would definitely stay again and recommend to friends.

  Really liked the 'home from home' feeling, and although small, the apartment was really well designed and comfortable with all you'd need for a City break or business trip. In a great position with a short walk to everything Clifton Village has to offer.
