Very friendly and comfortable, parked nearby. Easy to find and very close to busy and attractive town centre. The lake isn't far away either and very beautiful.

We received a very friendly welcome. The room was perfect for our needs and the breakfast was the best I had had for a long time. We will stay again when we are in Keswick.
I liked all the little extras you got in your room like home made short bread. The owners were really friendly and very accomadating and very informative and happy to help.

Literally the only thing that I could pick at was the shower didnt work properly, couldn't get the temperature right, either red hot or freezing cold, other than that, perfect.
