  Very friendly staff, the room was big and well furnished, bed comfortable, Breakfast good. One of the staff did a tour of the Haunted bits of Hotel and told us all about it. The food in the restaurant at night was excellent, some of the best I have had in a pub ever, if you stay, eat there, best in Congleton in my view but very quiet. I sort of ex... mitä ihmiset sanovat » pected pub grub and it simply wasnt, top marks - The staff were extremely friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Comfortable bed. Spacious bathroom. Chef cooked a lovely breakfast. We were allowed to stay in our rooms a bit longer which was so convenient with the wedding timings. Loved the list of entertainment on the board - it showed some real effort to make it a fun venue. Sadly we were only there for one night.
