  Very friendly attentive helpful staff. Reception area was very welcoming. The whole hotel was spotless. Excellent shower. Comfy bed. Amazing soundproofing - there is quite a noisy road outside, but we couldn't hear it at all, I was also surprised how busy the breakfast room was as we hadn't heard any other guests. We had a good evening meal to - i was very pleasantly surprised at how really nice the ibis was, i did,nt know what to expect but from my arrival to my checking outi could find no faults with the hotel or the staff. i whave since booked into both the ibis at swansea and at whitechapel london. i would not hesitate to reccomend the ibis hotels to my friends.

  The staff were exceptionally friendly, and the breakfast was one of the best I have ever had in a hotel. The provision of fresh coffee and fruit in the rooms was a wonderful idea.
