I have stayed at Hotel24Seven once before, so knew exactly what to expect, Clean , comfortable , nicely decorated rooms, secure off road parking, easy access via coded locks, great value for money. In fact I love this hotel so much, that I took pictures of my room to encourage my friends not to stay at the boring Ibis in town, & to come here instead. Indeed I will actually visit Bristol more often now as I have my hotel of choice sorted.

It's a great way to save money as you don't have to go out to eat all the time, especially as one of us has complicated dietary requirements. The room was spacious and comfortable and had everything we needed. It's also a huge advantage not to have to carry around a key the whole time and not have to worry about losing it. As I booked this hotel as a last minute booking through letsbookhotel.com at a special offer rate, I was more than impressed with Hotel24seven. It is located in a very quiet area of the city, but within walking distance of the centre. We only stayed one night after a drop off at the airport, but will definitely use again. We had a room with its own shower room. The room was spacious and clean and opened onto a small courtyard. The bed was very comfortable. The location was excellent for an easy walk into the harbourside area of the city and a short walk to a huge Asda. I'd certainly use the hotel again if visiting Bristol. Very clear, lovely hotel with friendly hosts. Location is very good: it is nearfar from the downton and also nearby is pab.But the area is really quiet, so you will have a good rest. Parkin on the street is free. Inside - a small lovely backyard. Free Wi-Fi and big kitchen with a lot of stuff. Ease of use of access codes. The style of hotel was new to me and took some getting used to but I actually really enjoyed my stay. Close vicinity to supermarket negated the need for catering staff; kitchen for self catering on-site. Hotel24Seven is a great budget accommodation with clean, tidy rooms, a stack of fresh towels and toiletries provided. The rooms have neutral decoration, but are very nicely presented. Liked the fact that I could come and go as I pleased with front door and room codes.I walked all over the centre and the hotel was just across the water from the centre. Decent, clean, good furniture, great for short break, great self catering. I would definitely ercommend.Hope, there will more that sort of hotels in other cities ;0). Location is good, very close to supermarkets and a commercial street; I booked a double room, the room is big and nice; Cost is reasonable. We had a good stay for one night though there was a muddle up on the rooms. We'd booked a superior double with sofa and desk and our room had neither and was very small. We rang to query this and to their credit they offered to switch us to the room we should have had which was much better. For an overnight stay it was basic and cheap but clean, comfortable and quiet. Access to a well equipped kitchen was a real bonus for us as it gave a lot of freedom and flexibility. It was a good day, had a . It was conveniently situated for where we needed to be. It had secure car parking - though not much, so I was probably lucky to be able to book that. It had the basic hotel facilities - ensuite, TV etc and it was useful having a large fridge in the room. There was also a well-equipped shared kitchen. was extremely comfortable ..(bed )..facilities (kitchen) spot on..no hassle keeping breakfast times etc..bathroom facilities excellent.. Location was nice, off the road and close to the centre. Staff was responsive - I was allowed to check in earlier. Location - ideal for the Tobacco Factory. Price - good for Bristol. The payment process was and still remains a bit of a mystery to me as I have a sum of money frozen on my card that is way higher than the room was supposed to be... We didn't get the e-mail with code for the entrance door. But we bell in the ring and hosts put us in and gave the code for the room and the main door. Shower ventilator gives some noise. But in automatically makes off in 10-15 minutes after switch-off lights. The coffee machine didn't have enough coffee in it (very picky sorry). The lack of permanent reception staff meant that it was slightly impersonal, but again that is being picky. My only complaint was that latch on my ground floor window was broken, which meant if anybody had pulled on my window from outside they could have got straight into my room. I'm guessing this was just a one off maintenance issue though. Nothing in particlular. The 'no reception and self checkin' idea is kind of puzzling for first-time customers, as we may not carefully read through the guidance email. But objectively speaking, if you are not a first-time customer or you read their guidance email carefully, this will work; The most annoying problem is the WIFI signal strength is so weak that you can hardly get access in upstairs room. The furniture was cheap and just about holding together. Better not to buy flat pack !. stayed at the self catering part of the hotel entry was by electronically controlled doors therefore no contact or greeting by anyone. Parking is a little tight . Shower fitting and bathroom door handle came apart - minor inconveniences. Lack of curtains, also no blind in skylight, unable to access wifi. shaver point did not work. No internet was available during One day. No dislike. No tea coffe making facility in room.No reception area therefore not very welcoming initially. having to go to the kitchen to boil the kettle for a cup of tea. towel rail didnt work in bathroom so it was cold/couldnt dry towels so well - the onsite team called a plumber but being the weekend he didnt come - but we were impressed she tried straight away. Be careful with the rooms you get, they said there had been several mix ups. They did swap us though. Aside from that there wasn't much to fault, the furniture in the rooms is very cheap and basic but it did the job!. The bathroom had not been well cleaned - bits of previous guests' toothpaste still adhered to the wall. The room was curiously hot (though the heating was not on) and we had to sleep with windows open, so very aware of passing revelers and early-rising seagulls. A fan or two would have been useful. only complaint..when we stayed it was during the hot spell..there was no air conditioning ,,or at least we didnt find any..!!!. Can be noisy. I stayed on Tuesday night when the nearby church had a special event - the bells were ringing from 7:30pm to 9:00pm and the room is single glazed. Hotels in Bristol are very expensive. The room advertised did not specify that the toiled was shared until after the booking was made. The shower cabinet was just placed in the corner of the room (inside the room), which renders it useless unless you are traveling alone. It wasn't clear to me that there is no breakfast provided. Getting in was a bore - first at the wrong door, as there was also entry round the back for other bedrooms. I hadn't been sent bedroom number or access code and had to ring. Then OK. no milk with the tea, coffee & kettle. was not advised earlier that it was unattended. Only by chance did I go on my computer to see a message with entry codes. Needs a direct emergency number. No aircon, or window to ventilate the room. I booked to stay in an "en-suite" room. My understand is that en-suite has its own toilet, within the room premises. Instead I had my own "private" toilet, but across the corridor. If I have to get out of the room at night to go to the toilet, it doesn't matter at all whether it's "private" or not. Or to put it differently, I paid en-suite which was not en-suite. Booked a delux room with a king size bed& a leather sofa, but on arrival we were told that all the rooms were the same. The room was very small and shabby , the bed was too short for my partner and there was no reception. We had to ring a mobile no to get someone to let us in. Take soap etc with you because nothing is supplied. Felt like a sad, but clean hostel not a hotel. - the code for the front door wasn't working so we had trouble getting in - they charged me twice for the stay and would not correct their error on the phone when I called to make them aware of it, I am still waiting for my refund to come through or for them to acknowledge the email that I sent to them. - the location was not the central location that was advertised. No hot water in shower! Constant front door slamming. I paid £7.50 for secure off road parking, when I enquired as to where the fob was to gain access to the secure parking area I was told that if i'm in room 201 I was supposed to park on the driveway??, This defeated the whole object of secure off road parking as my vehicle was a prized valuable classic car. Couldn't get tv to work. Everything. The curtains were falling down and the stairs were creaky. Denied booking initially until I argued the point and showed them an email. Had to change location to different building. No parking even though I had paid for parking. Very dirty room. TV didn't work. No hot water in the morning. Couldn't open secure parking in the morning making me late for a flight at Bristol airport. No one on helpline number was told to leave a message or look on website.
