Staff were excellent and reception were brilliant, ringing me when my room was available to check in which was 11am, very early. Also as we had come to see the air show they had printed brochures with timetables which were so helpful as we hadn't been before. We were able to leave our bag at the hotel after check out and when we collected it were able to use the facilities and change after being on the beach all day ready for our journey home. We booked the small double bedroom as it was such a good price, and it was extremely well thought out with a nice view of the gardens as a bonus. anywherr from the beach to oceanarium or bournemouth baloon within 5-10
mintes, there is asda and subway nearby. So you can easly get the

Jorge was welcoming, friendly with good advice on where to go and how to get there. He prepared an early 7am breakfast and ordered a taxi for us on the morning of our departure as we had to catch an early train to London. Overall a very pleasent vacation and if we return to Bourne mouth we will definatly stay in the Shirley again.

The hosts, Debbie and Peter, were really lovely and made us feel very
welcome. The breakfast was delicious and a good price. I wish we
could've stayed longer as it was a really lovely room with a huge
bed and sitting area in the bedroom. There's also a communal area
downstairs which is very homely.
The beach is only a short walk from the B&B and we walked to Bournemouth beach in the evening which took around 30 minutes.
