You are a credit to the city of Norwich - It is impressively well-run, and the staff have thought of lots oflittle details that make it much better than the ordinary: I was stayingjust for one night, so had booked myself a little room in the lowestcategory that had a bathroom on the opposite side of the corridor. In myroom a freshly-laundered dressing gown was provided, which is just whatyou want to cross the corridor for a shower!

  The reception team were very friendly and helpful, particulary Kerri and Emma. The room was large and comfortable. The price we paid was a bargain. Short drive to the city centre and very close to the hospital.   The guest house was well located for exploring Norwich. Our room was clean and comfortable and the service was very good. Breakfast could be as little or as much as you fancied, from fruit juice and cornflakes to the full english and everything in between! We would have no hesitation in recomending the Malborough to - Food was very good, good location and staff were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the local area. Also the staff were very accomodating - I wanted to bring a takeaway in the first night after a long journey, and there was no problem with this - in fact Robert even supplied me with a plate and cutlery! The main purpose of my visit was for football and the Malborough was a very good location for this. I definately plan a return visit in the Summer - Look forward to it!
