  The location was perfect for the city centre, close to the Lanes yet quiet. We had a room at the rear so didn't hear any street noise. The only sound was that of children going to/from nursery. Reminded me of being in Rome. William was charming, relaxed and very hospitable. Delicious cake when we arrived. We would have loved to stay longer and I'm sure we will visit - Everything was superb from the moment we arrived I.E. arranging the private and secure parking through to the time we left. We especially liked the close proximity to Norwich's shopping and town centre, the castle / museaum, etc. Bed was very comfortable and lovely quite room at back of hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the home made cakes left in the room each day were delicious and a lovely change from biscuits in a plastic wrapper. Highly reocmmended. We will definitely be stay

  The reception team were very friendly and helpful, particulary Kerri and Emma. The room was large and comfortable. The price we paid was a bargain. Short drive to the city centre and very close to the hospital.   I would like to highly recommend this wonderful b&b. From the moment we arrived the staff were just fabulous. Friendly, helpful and always smiling. We stayed in the ground floor executive suite, and it was just lovely. The room was beautifully clean and comfortable, with ample space. The - Staff were welcoming and friendly with a good knowledge of the local area. Nothing was too much trouble. We were always greeted with a smile and felt very comfortable through out our stay. Room was very clean and we were provided with lovely toiletries and always had plenty of hot water! Fish night was good value and the food was fantastic, this was also true of breakfast.
