I have suggested to Norwich Union that they put you on their recomendation. You are a credit to the city of Norwich - It is impressively well-run, and the staff have thought of lots oflittle details that make it much better than the ordinary: I was stayingjust for one night, so had booked myself a little room in the lowestcategory that had a bathroom on the opposite side of the corridor. In myroom a freshly-laundered dressing gown was provided, which is just whatyou want to cross the corridor for a shower!

The location was perfect, very quiet residential area, whilst only a 5minute walk into central Norwich with all of the facilities that a cityhas to offer. The staff was very understanding andcourteous. Great service overall. I also enjoyed the breakfast, but wedid not want to spend the money on it everyday. Overall, fantastic stayat the Beeches. The reception team were very friendly and helpful, particulary Kerri and Emma. The room was large and comfortable. The price we paid was a bargain. Short drive to the city centre and very close to the hospital. Will definately stay here again when next in the area. - The staff were helpful and gave clear directions along a short cut to save us time

Comfortable rooms, staff were excellent and brewers Fayre attached was great value having the kids get unlimited soft drinks and unlimited costa coffee for the adults. Food was great, buffet option is good value but as we all know mass produced food like that isn't as good as making a choice off he menu. Still kids loved the buffet themed nights that they had
