The reception team were very friendly and helpful, particulary Kerri and Emma. The room was large and comfortable. The price we paid was a bargain. Short drive to the city centre and very close to the hospital. Food was very good, good location and staff were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the local area. Also the staff were very accomodating - I wanted to bring a takeaway in the first night after a long journey, and there was no problem with this - in fact Robert even supplied me with a plate and cutlery! The main purpose of my visit was for football and the Malborough was a very good location for this. I definately plan a return visit in the Summer - Look forward to it!

After a little confusion over the booking, the staff rallied round us to accomodate us in a lovely spacious room. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless.
The food was lovely, especially the carvery and in all great value for money.
In general, couldnt fault the hospitallity and the friendliness of all the staff. -
