I cannot fault the hotel, the staff being particularly friendly and helpful.   The reception team were very friendly and helpful, particulary Kerri and Emma. The room was large and comfortable. The price we paid was a bargain. Short drive to the city centre and very close to the hospital.   We were upgraded to a Deluxe room......it was a superb room; ground floor with french windows leading to small patio area. The room was beatifully furnished, well equipped and exceptionally clean. The breakfast dining area was bright and sunny.... - A lovely environment around the hotel. I wished that I had my golf clubs with me.Very good service from all staff. The bars were very charming, looking out onto a beautiful garden with impossibly green grass.
