  Everything. Especially the service - Feyzullah at the front desk was already helping me with excellent directions to the hotel before I left for Urfa, and throughout my 3 day stay. The hotel is located next to biggest mall I have seen in Turkey - the Piazza. It is easy to commute by local bus between the hotel and Otogar.
