This is a family run hotel geared for families and couples .We were given a great welcome and anything we required was made available. Ali kept the pool very clean and fresh his dad kept the garden in great condition Our breakfasts were excellent and we slept in very comfortable beds in very quiet area. The room was cleaned whenever we required it

Nice hotel overall for the Kusadasi area, and right across the street from an accessible beach; our twin bed room was a good size (where a nice breakfast buffet is served) were fabulous! Every villa has it's own pool which is really nice. We enjoyed our privacy and had a lots of fun.
The staff was really friendly and the food was great. We ate a lots of watermelon! :)
Sezer, the manager helped us solve some issues with a booked trip. He was really helpful and friendly.
Kusadasi can be reached in about 20-25 minutes from the villa

We enjoyed the spacious villa. The pool was relaxing, clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful. Sogucak is close to Kusadasi and Efes. You need a car to go to the beach, which is beautiful, clean and family oriented.

Breakfast was fresh and delicious, nights were starry and quiet and staff were friendly and curteous. The property is beautifully landscaped. Every room has a kitchen with both an indoor and outdoor table and chairs where couples/families can enjoy a private, home cooked meal. -
