Hotel location is really good very comfortable and very close to the seaside. You can get to "sahil kenari "(seaside) just 1 minute also there is sea view from rooms. There is a lot of cafe and restaurants also markets near the hotel. Location is amazing good. Rooms are very wide and large but facilities a bit old. Almost all rooms have a sea view. Pretty much kind hotel staff. Nice hotel overall for the Kusadasi area, and right across the street from an accessible beach; our twin bed room was a good size (where a nice breakfast buffet is served) were fabulous! Overall the service was great, the food fantastic - especially the fish dinner and meze buffet! Highly recommend staying here especially if you want to be close to the beach, marina and excellent shopping. Oh, it also has great views out to sea and is nice and clean!. No parking - had to park on street (even though it wasn't a problem at all to find places in front of the hotel). Internet wasn't very stable on our room. There is no kettle or complimentary tea or coffee bags in the room. rooms are getting a bit old fashioned. We couldn't get the wifi to work everything else was great. Food and beverage was terrible and very poor quality. small breakfast buffe. old rooms. no parking. toilet didnt flush. very limited breakfast options & same thing every day. Lady at the front desk told me there was no adapter. The cleaning lady, on the other hand, was super helpful and found me one. Hallways had a slight smell of smoke Internet was spotty No water boiler in room. No Wi-Fi in the rooms, signal is too weak. Their wi-fi didn't work. internet problems. The rooms were not rooms which you normally have in a 4 **** hotel. It was a little bit old and sometimes even dirty. Also the breakfast was not what we expected of hotel with this rate. there was a lot of variety, but the quality of the breakfast was not as we had in other hotels. So our conclusion is that we would not prefer this hotel for a next time. You can better describe this hotel with 3*** than with 4****. Standard breakfasts were monotonous and untasty. You were unable to bring in drinks and snacks from outside the hotel. We were told it was unacceptable to bring in the snacks we had purchased for our bus tour the following day. What you see on the Internet, in not what you get. Rooms look 4 star on website. In reality, a 2 star would suit this hotel better. This is not a 4 star hotel! Our 5th floor room was clean but the floors below have filthy carpet in the hallways. Charged too much for cola during dinner meal. The dinner meal should be included in the price. This hotel need another elevator. as 4 star hotel ,elevator is tiny,.food is not great. The real picture is that the hotel is in a crowded, narrow and noisy street with poor lighting and uncomfortable beds and tiny bathrooms. The only good thing about the free breakfast was the boiled egg, yogurt and Turkish chai and how hard can that be to make. It is not a 4 star Hotel, it is worse than any ordinary Hostel.There was no facility to like, from room to breakfast, every thing was awful.
