Unfortnitly I have lost my IPad at the hotel room and when I reported to
the hotel front desk they have said they will conduct an investigation
and come back to me . Next day the answer was we cannot help you you can
go to the police . I'm very sure someone from the housekeeping has
stolen my IPad therefor I would never recommend this hotel to any

The staff is excellent, help us pre-booking just on sofa and help us check in before the standard time. The facility is the best I have stay in BKK. Location is always in the center, just fewer steps to center downtown.

The service was top notch- from the check-in/out, fitness center, to the restaurant/bar. While we were at The Speakeasy, it started to drizzle- servers ran to us with umbrellas to shield us from the rain until the awning had fully spread (small detail, but it went a long way for us).

I loved everything there, the location is good very near from the BTS so it's quite convenient to visit Bangkok. Staff pay attention to our comfort and needs. The food was good and not so expensive for a 5 star hotel. The room is quite big which is very good point especially in city hotel. The swimming pool is not big but enough, and not crowed. Staff was very friendly and polite. At the check in the staff recommended us to sign up for a membership to enjoy some other perks like late check out ( which we did). The facilities of the hotel are wonderful and well-maintained. Well-appointed, large rooms with comfortable king-size bed. The free wifi is great too.
Centrally located and close to BTS, which was one of the reasons why I picked the hotel. And they had tuk-tuk shuttle to drop guests off, and pick up, at BTS station.
Pity I did not have the chance to use the fitness room nor the glass pool facilities. Next time.

Apartment is big and it has a cozy balcony. I rented 3 rooms apartment for 4 nights for less than SGD600. It's only $200 per room for 4 nights which is quite cheap. It's not far from major malls though not really near. Bout 15-20 mins walk. It's really near if you take a cab though. Many massage parlors nearby.

The driver from the BKK airport found the hotel very quickly, so it took us about 30 minutes to get there. Check in on the 17th floor also was very quick (as well as check-out three days later). Room was spacious, with TV in every room, Apple TV, and various other gadgets, but without a Thai charm of other hotels. Wi-Fi signal is strong and stable, we even managed to watch an online film in our native language, as there was no Russian language TV channel in the list of hotel TV channels. Break
