The staff is nice n attended to my needs within 15 mins time frame .they been helpful in giving out directions as well as help me get a taxi to airport on my last day .   This hotel is absolutely beautifull, the room was big and had everything in it, good coffee maker, books, television's very nice bathroom a nice balcony. Breakfast was excellent, we have two children 5 and 9 years old, they loved the Kids club with pc's, WII games, painting, and fun games with the nursery staff.   I arrived very early in the morning and check in was not untill 2 they let me store my bags, go for a shower and take a nap on one of the chill out mats whilst I waited! It was just what I needed after getting no sleep on my night bus. I stayed 5 nights in total and found there was a very social atmosphere. Each bed had a light, plug socket, comfortable clean mattress, and my shower was warm. I stayed on a 4 bed dorm.
