I was there with my 2 teenaged children. We enjoyed our stay there. The place was exceptionally clean especially the beds with clean and crisp linen. They provide many pillows for our comfort. The Breakfast was extremely sumptuous. There was a choice between
American Breakfast (fried egg/omelette, 2 slices of toast, sausage,
bacon, ham) or fried noodles or fried rice. Portions were generous. They
also serve coffee/tea, orange juice and water at every breakfast.
Rooms are very clean and spacious. Aircon works fine and toilets are very clean too.
Location is very convenient - within 10 minutes walk to Ratchathewi Station and Platinum Mall/Pratunam Market. Many massage parlours nearby

Because of problems with my arrival at Bangkok I got to the Baan Tepa very late around midnight. The manager waited just for me and stayed up till I arrived, helped with a quick check-in so that I was able to rest. The next day I had a fresh delicious breakfast and the manager explained where I can go and what to do for a first visit in Bangkok. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I would stay there again if I came a second time to Bangkok.
