Everything was of luxury standard from booking in to departure. We chose
the Horizon Club and appreciated the extra benefits it offered. This
includes a top 3 floor position and view of the river, and all day
snacks and non alcoholic and the happy hour each night. It is placed in
the luxury price bracket, but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Staff were wonderful, breakfast was very good, the room very clean and comfortable, all at a very reasonable tarrif. It was also in a great 'buzzy' area. - Perfect location, right in the city center. Spacious room, superb breakfast. Helpful staff, good travel agency and massage in house.

Excellent rooms, spotlessly clean.
Friendly and professional staff with a good level of English for those who require it.
Free use of gym and swimming pool is a nice plus and the breakfasts are fantastic.
One slight criticism is that in the information book in the rooms it says they offer a courier service and to contact their business department.

The Service was Splendid and the room was luxurious big and clean and well-maintained for Bangkok Standards. It is just 1 stop away from Siam BTS station, Ratchethewi BTS station is just next to the hotel, 1 min walk away. I stayed in a Grand Deluxe Suite that was 70+ Sqm big. An excellent hotel. Couldn't be faulted. The staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough for you. We were upgraded to a suite on 32nd floor with excellent views, although the open balcony wouldn't be to everyone's taste. Excellent and friendly staff. Modern boutique hotel, closeby the big shopping areas of Bangkok.
We liked the pool, on the 8th floor, as well as the generous amounts of complimentary water bottles and the complimentary drinks & snacks in the room.
Staff was very helpful in setting up 2 diner reservations at Bangkok's nicest rooftop restaurants.
