  Hotelli oli esteettisin, missä olen ikinä asunut. Sisustus oli tehnyt erinomaisen elegantti, moderni, laadukas. It was extremely comfortable and far better than any other hotel during my time in Switzerland. It could not be more central within Zermatt. The fixtures and fitting are clean and modern and wifi is available free of charge. Nice r - The hotel has a very cosy atmosphere. the dining hall leading to the guest sitting area is very tastefully decorated. Rosemary, the owner was very accommodative, friendly and helpful. I wish I could have more time to converse with her. Room was clean and the view of Matterhorn was fabulous. The spa was a surprise, after a day's walking, to have a sauna was indeed the highlight of the day.

  We brought our 10 month old twins, so travelling is always an ordeal. The staff was wonderful, and the room was traditional Swiss (which I loved!). Even though the hotel policies stated that there was a maximum of one babycot per room, there were two lovely wooden cribs set up for us when we arrived.
