Excellent hotel from A-Z. As a frequent traveler i don't get overexcited easily, but this hotel really deserves the max points. If you have the chance, take the suite having two balconies with direct view of the Matterhorn - awesome and worth every single buck. Most amazing for Switzerland: Even the staff is super friendly and helpful! -

Hotelli oli esteettisin, missä olen ikinä asunut. Sisustus oli tehnyt erinomaisen elegantti, moderni, laadukas. It could not be more central within Zermatt. I would recommend it to anyone. - The staff was so helpful and the rooms were gorgeous. It was also very easyto walk from the train to the hotel. I would love to go back and stay there.

It's very conveniently located for the Sunnegga/Rothorn funicular and Gornergrat train. The staff were very kind and helpful to my elderly parents. Excellent buffet breakfast - really very good for this category of hotel. The pine bar area and restaurant are simply and attractively styled. The food was good value by Swiss standards. -

We loved the hotel and the location. The staff was very friendly and unquestionably efficient. The spa was first rate with an amazing pool, Jacuzzi and a northern style sauna.
