  Service at the Jungfrau Hotel was exceptional. Email correspondence was prompt and courteous. Late check in was processed smoothly. Easy access to Interlaken city centre. The food was very good ( both Breakfast and Dinner, and we are vegetarians ). The staff also help organise our activities such as Paragliding and Canyon Jumping . I would strongly recommend The Jungfrau Hotel and its excellent staff - We loved everything about the hotel.It was the most relaxing break, all staff were so helpful and friendly. We had our dog with us and he was made very welcome. It is in a peaceful village and so very close to the Railway station so it was easy to access all that the region offers. We are already checking our dates to book again for next year! A wonderful hotel!

  Excellent place to stay....and outsatding people(staff).The owner the manger they will make you to feel like home .They are excellent with kids.Place & location is amazingly good........room & facilities is superb.......... with great view for kids and family this place is like home away home.You can enjoy the mountain ,easy accessbility ... mitä ihmiset sanovat » to travell anywhere.This is place you want to be with your family & kids............ - The staff was very helpful, they gave me free bus passes for the city bus. Told me exactly how to get to several waterfalls. Extremely friendly and the cheapest place I could find in the area.

  Staff were very kind. Good location only 5~10 min to train station. Clean room - It was convenient- main level, our own entry near where our car was parked, making it seem more like a motel. The town of Wilderswil was beautiful and so was the surrounding area.
